Got our order and the pizzas wasn’t even fully cooked(doughy at the bottom and no brown on the cheese) and one pizza was missing the sausage, and both pizzas not cut all the way… and didn’t even get the cheese sticks that we ordered either. Called the restaurant to get it fixed and the manager on duty sounded confused and didn’t know how to handle the situation, and said she would call back in 10 min after she called her GM. Unfortunately, my experience at this Pizza Hut on Preston Highway was pretty disappointing. I waited at the restaurant about 15 minutes longer than the time I was originally told my food would be ready. I understand that restaurants get busy and delays happen, so the wait itself wasn’t a huge deal. Unfortunately, there were several other issues that made the overall experience frustrating.
