Be aware, they have deals that this store won't share with you unless you ask about it. I ordered pizza over the phone and the pricing was different than what was online and because I didn't ask about a hidden deal, they refused to reimburse the money! Poor management and false advertisement! You guys need to tell people this instead of overcharging with knowledge!
Had wonderful customer service in the past, but tonight was a nightmare. Called in for a special on a pizza, I was told I could get a meat lover pizza for $12.98. I was then told I had to add an additional order for delivery, and was proposed bread sticks, brownies,, or some cinnamon sticks. Trying to call in a order is absolutely ridiculous. Their call center that you have to order from is people that don’t even understand English. What a joke! I told the guy to just cancel my order since he couldn’t get it right and he says perfect and hangs up. Good luck getting any business this way!
