I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. When I arrived, I had to wait about 7 minutes before the employee finally handed me my food, and she was not friendly or welcoming at all. On top of that, I felt pressured into leaving a tip, which I honestly don’t understand. I was picking up my own food — this wasn’t a sit-down restaurant where someone was serving me, checking on me, or providing table service.
