The Regional Manager named Alisha at this location (6607 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida 32818) does not have any respect for any active civil service members or veterans! Please be advised she does NOT care or support your service to this country. Do NOT go to this location, go elsewhere!
I recently had my first experience ordering from this Pizza Hut location, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, and the pizza quality did not meet expectations. I placed my order online, but the order was prepared incorrectly. As a result, I had to wait while two new medium pizzas were made. This caused a significant delay and inconvenience. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I hope improvements are made in both order accuracy and customer service.
Sadly when I order delivery it chooses this location. Wish I could select a different store. They move like sloths and cook the food horribly.
