Update 6/1: came in to get order that was to be ready at 237 pm got here two minutes early to be told by the manager Caleb not wearing a name tag that there was a bunch he decided to make first out of the order costing me time and money because he went out of order when it came to prepping something that was supposed to be ready before I aerived. Horizon location I just ordered a deal going on for two medium pizzas, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. When it arrived, it was two cheese pizzas when I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. I called and I guess when I ordered online it input cheese and not pepperoni like I wanted. I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and have two small kids (1&3) and I HATE cheese pizza! I’m not really sure why this location has such low ratings. We always order from this location after moving to this side of town and we’ve never had any issues. And the kids that work there are excellent. Very polite and always make sure everything is in the bag, including sauces. Sometimes throwing in extra! Maybe the reviews are more based off old staff members 🤷‍♀️ i’d take a picture, but we already devoured it lol.
