The food is decent. It's a pizza hut. You're not getting gourmet food. But the service is awful. I've ordered from this location a number of times and all but one time I've gotten my order an hour and a half later and it is luke warm at best. They need to get their crap together. The Domino's in Oak Forest is 10x better for service and food quality.

Whatever cashier was there at about 4:30 today was literally selecting a 15% tip for you before you could even read the prompt on the computer. I was gonna tip anyways but that kind of behavior is deplorable. The food was good though

The worst delivery experience that I have ever had with regard to a pizza delivery! The driver was rude, unprofessional and discourteous. She continued complaining to me about not being able to find me to where I could not reply without interrupting her. I called the store to leave feedback, and I was put on hold. At that point the driver located me at the clearly defined place on the delivery order.
