Ordered a 1145 delivery spoke with One worker then apparently a "manager" called at 1220 then 1245 , he got upset that they lied said it was on its way after an hour then when I confront them I'm verbally assulating them. This world is hilarious I never thought A I should take people's jobs But Brandon at this location needs to be the first to experience it!
Order was placed. After 1 hour was “cancelled” but still showed as pending. Tried multiple times over an hour and half to call the store to figure out what was going on. The store does not answer the phone.
First time they got my crust wrong. I called the store to let them know several times within a 3 hour time frame but no one picked up. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. This time they charged me more than what I was quoted on the phone. Manager Jade was extremely rude and unprofessional and said she’d rather throw away the whole pizza than give me the price I was quoted on the phone.
