Had an order placed that had not even arrived an hour after the delivery time. Customer service was non-existent and no action was taken to make the situation any better. Will not be ordering from here again
They took an hour to deliver our pizza we ended up having to cancel. They did not apologize. People from our group were leaving. It was a $50 order. Will be getting dominoes from no on.
3/30/26 Update - Noah is the cashier today & he is no ka oi ! Friendly, knowledgeable, communicates well, helpful & efficient ! He greeted us and ery politely took our order and graciously thanked us. This Pizza Hut's service & food has been consistently excellent ! Noah deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service ! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Kaneohe Pizza Hut gave excellent food & five star service ! Fast, friendly, efficient and made us feel like valued customers. Will definitely return.
Honestly sad how this pizza is literally just bad. It’s not the thick and fluffy pan crust, (and also way to salty) I know and why is the pizza margarita with pineapple and pesto???? That’s literally not a margarita it’s not that hard to make a normal margarita. Super dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and food. Would not recommend this chain to anyone who is on Hawaii!
Take out. Wish they had the old pizza Restraunt where we to our family
