Horrible experience at this Pizza Hut location I asked for my order to be picked up instead of a delivery order The Manager Sarah was able to switch my order over however when I asked her for a physical receipt, she threw a fit when I asked her to explain she said that she already did and then proceeded to ask me if I was mentally ill. I feel bad for any of the employees that work there and as a customer, I will never be coming back to this location ever again
This review is for the ordering process by phone. Whoever answered the phone on this day which is March 5th 2025 at 12:00 p.m. did an amazing job. I just felt it was service with a smile and very efficient. Stellar customer service skills. Good job.
Pizza hut doesn't give a hoot about their customers or employees. They use door dash when there's no available drivers because they rather have horrible service than hire more people.
Wow my pizza was like biting a piece of cardboard! Omg! Hard as a rock. The wings which weren’t wings but nuggets were so dried out. No one would eat anything after one bite. Threw it away. What a waste of money! Won’t go back there again!
