Wrong order and old pizza. I spent $30 on an old pizza that was not even my order. Will not be returning to this location
The manager on duty, Roy, assisted me this evening. Yesterday, I mistakenly placed my pizza order for carryout instead of delivery. Because I believed the order was for delivery, I included a tip at the time of purchase. Once I realized the error, I asked if it would be possible to receive a credit for the tip I had added. Roy kindly offered to issue the credit to my Pizza Hut account instead, which I accepted. I appreciated his prompt assistance and the quick resolution to the situation.
Mr. Royalty is a pretty chill guy I’ve gotten food from here and it’s pretty good
Roy was very nice and got me in and out love this Pizza Hut I’ll recommend coming here if you want really good pizza.
