If it were possible, I would certainly assign a zero-star rating to this establishment. I have never encountered a place with such a high number of rude staff members, particularly the manager, who habitually yells at everyone from the back of the store. While some employees are genuinely pleasant, the manager's behavior makes them visibly irritated, as if they are eager to leave, which ultimately negatively impacts the quality of their customer service.
The manager in the day time yells and curses at people from the back. Disrespectful to all door dashers and normal customers.
Fire the night shift lady immediately. She is very rude and nasty.
