We ordered boneless wings because thats what I like and this is what we received. It is supposed to bed 8 boneless wings and we received about 20 SMALL pieces that I would call popcorn chicken. The second picture is a normal boneless wing versus what I received. Good thing my husband ordered two of the same wings.
Pasta made me sick !!!! Throwing up ....in the bathroom all night. N I feel sluggish now. I feel I have to detox my body after eating that pasta. Officially done with pizza hut. To get sick like that ?! Never again.
Food is okay but their on line ordering and pick up process is HORRIBLE! They don't make the pizza until you arrive. That eliminates the main reason for ordering on line. We waited for 45 minutes after the website said it would be ready. Bad Service!
I made my order and they said 20 minutes by the time I got there they were so busy they have pizzas everywhere and mine was ready and It was just wonderful and what we ordered
Staff are polite and obviously hard working, but too often it takes an hour or more longer than suggested to fill an order. Either the kitchen is too small so serve this area, or they’re understaffed.
