I made my order and they said 20 minutes by the time I got there they were so busy they have pizzas everywhere and mine was ready and It was just wonderful and what we ordered
Staff are polite and obviously hard working, but too often it takes an hour or more longer than suggested to fill an order. Either the kitchen is too small so serve this area, or they’re understaffed.

Store doesn’t open to customers at the time posted as the time to open on the front doors. Staff becomes belligerent, rude, and confrontational when customers knock on the front door. I must have interrupted their THC meeting when I knocked on the door at 10:10 to pick up an order.
