I just wanna get on here and ask one simple question how hard is it to cut a pizza? It cannot be that difficult. I know I’ve never done it but my God is it that hard guys.

tonight ordered the best darn meat lovers pizza the gentleman who took my order welcomed me said hello how are you so hello everyone go get a pizza here it tasted fresh the cheese quality of pizza was fabulous so hello go get a nice meat lovers about sixteen bucks but it was good the dough crust everything on pizza fabulous and the gentleman who took my order thank u for being nice so a plus to pizza hut meat lovers I will tell my friends and I've posted on Google get a meat lovers pizza tonight

Horrible customer service, I called the place to place an order. They put me in 20 minutes wait time and still no answer. It's not that difficult to answer the phone and place an order real quick. What kind of service is that that you cannot answer the phone. That's very sad. Everybody there is trash to think they're that busy. Do your job.

I simply wanted to update my phone number and tried thru the app. It didn't work. I contacted customer service and they said it would take 48 hours for someone to contact me. It's Friday evening, I wanted to order pizza for family and friends. I guess I'll have to go with Domino's or Marcos. Sorry pizza hut, you've demonstrated ya really don't care about existing customers.
