My name is Joe Fall and I live in Greenwood, IN 46142. For the year I have lived here this Pizza Hut has deprived me of good service and pizza. My pizza is usually very late, might be the wrong pizza, or in the case tonight, it did not even show up. I had to order from Hot Box. Goodbye Pizza Hut, I will always remember the good times.
Always skimpy with toppings even if you ask for x2, carryout is rarely ready when they say it will be - more than once I've had to stand around waiting 15-20mins past when they said it would be ready. Twice when waiting for a delivery it never showed up and when I called after it was 30 minutes late I was given nothing but excuses & was offered nothing more than to still pay full price for something that would be 1hr late and NEXT time get free breadsticks.
