The service and time were on point. I love the new pizza dough. It is awesome and fluffy. This is the only Pizza Hut that I go to because the manager is so nice and sweet, as well as the staff. This means a lot when you are on the customer side of things.
I come all the time & everytime it's perfect. Those folks put pride in their work. From the food to the cleanliness, it's perfect

So I called In my order, I see the special but I wanted to upgrade to a larger pizza and Italian meats pasta. I get there and it is a medium pizza. I politely tell the front desk girl and she tells me that is what I ordered. I calmly explained that I called in. She then asks what I want her to do. She is incredibly rude and should not be a customer facing worker ever.
