I’m disgusted to learn about Morgan Pierce attitude and how she has treated my family who ordered pizza and drinks. The company made an error in not sending the drinks with the delivery driver and so my pregnant sister went to the restaurant to obtain what she paid for. Dear Pizza Hut!!! Morgan pierce at the Edmond ok location needs to be terminated ASAP if you want to continue the integrity of this food chain. Allow me to share my experience at this location. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. Crust was saggy and greasy.
Staff was helpful, nice, easy to talk to. They checked every order with the customer to make sure everything was right before leaving the store!
Go there to pick up my order and they tell me I'm gonna have to wait 45 minutes cause there out of cheese really how the hell does a pizza place run out of cheese and why are you still taking orders and having people show up if your out of cheese most poorly managers Pizza Hut I have ever been to and been eating Pizza Hut for 45 years ridiculous
