I've only had an issue one time from this store. I had to wait 10 mins longer than I should've. When she hands me my order. She apologized for the wait. She'd made one of my pizzas the wrong size. So she had to make the correct one. Then didn't charge me for the large pizza. She didn't have to give it to me for free. I wasn't even complaining. So I'd say they go above and beyond.

$24 for this no-sauce garbage? You let me know you canceled the pasta upon my arrival?? This is the last straw. For 41 years I've been cheering for you Pizza Hut. Saying Pizza Hut is the premium pizza and totally worth paying double over Little Caesars. How you have fallen Pizza Hut..how I've been a fool all along... Tonight I finally stand up to you. Tonight you burn alone Pizza Hut
