Will not order delivery again you can not talk to a real person at the store anymore they have gotten my order wrong 2 different times and I tried to call the second time and the store never called back you go to an answering service and they contact the store after telling them and waiting for a call back I gave up they never called to hear what happened so papa johns from now on
This pizza hut is the worst. Have try to order a pizza three times for delivery and the pizza never show up. Always have to cancel the order. Will never order are eat at this pizza hut again.
service is horrible we ended up waiting 10 minutes and still no waiter so me and my friends got up walked out and ended up going to Whataburger
They should close this place down. We went in to dine in and they told us it would be a 3 hour wait. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. We were visiting some friends in Portland and they were discouraging us from coming to this PIzza Hut but we have never had any issues with this franchise. Boy was I wrong. I do not know how this place makes any money or stays open. Too bad there are no negative stars. Stay away from this place.
Service is AWFUL!! We had a party of 11 meet at our local Portland Pizza Hut for a nephew's 14th birthday. An hour and half later we still had NOT received our 5 pizzas and 2 orders of wings!! Management was rude to us when we asked what was taking so long. He said it always takes that long. BS!! If you HAVE TO HAVE Pizza Hut pizza... get it delivered! It's much faster! Oh, this is the second time in a week this happened to me at this store! One star only for our waitress who kept our drinks filled while we waited.
