Placed an order via the Pizza Hut app. I kept refreshing to see my order was more than just received. After it still read received when my order should have been delivered already, I called the location. I held for 10 minutes because I selected 2 to check on an existing order. I had to hang up and call as if placing a new order. The very rude and unprofessional woman on the phone said that my order just went out and that I should be receiving in 20 minutes. Customer service is ok and their food is ok. They are always getting some wrong. Last I order bread stick it was just bread no garlic on it. Won’t be going back .
The manager on the weekends has a bad attitude problem. She gave a rude response when a customer asked her a simple question and also yelled at her employee which is extremely unprofessional.
Experience was Excellent
Pizza is always a great option for any time of the day. Nothing special for the others, but here you great and friendly service.
