Had a Horrible experience with their customer service. Called for a delivery order. Spoke with Carlos he was rude and argued about not being able to hear me nor that they don't deliver to my address that is 1 mile away. I was trying to ask him a question and all of the sudden he just hangs the phone up. I feel like he needs to get evaluated in his customer service skills.
I don't write very many reviews unless it's 5 star or 1 star. We've been ordering from this location for years now (because my son loves Pizza Hut). I would say 9 or of 10 times the order has been incorrect and/or poor quality. Once again forgot an item that I ordered. Quality was not even close to Pizza Hut normal standards.
