I came into this restaurant ordered a medium pepperoni the customer service was terrible the guy was just plain rude and his energy was completely hostile also they tried to give me someone else’s old pizza
Racist and careless. I came into the store and waited patiently because I saw they were busy. They came to the front and saw me but didn’t say a thing. They serviced two white guys before me and then finally said something to me. I can’t believe this was my experience. I will post my experience online cause this is unacceptable by all means. You don’t treat ppl like that at all. It was a long haired older guy and a lady with a white headwrap working in the store.
I came in for my online order on an extremely busy night and for only 2 employees working the food tasted great! The woman working was unfortunately dealing with an irate customer ahead of me and she handled the situation with professionalism and grace. We will be returning, thank you!
This location sucks! Paid $15 for delivery of 2 pizzas and they sent the wrong pizza. Waited on hold for over 30 minutes to get resolution and no answer. I went into the location to get my order fixed and the manager took the pizza and walked away and made me wait another 30 minutes to get my order corrected and it was still incorrect. I’m left to dispute my transaction with my bank. I’ll never order from this location again
