Very nice people & they made my fave! Not much of an atmosphere since it's a pick up/delivery spot but was so productive in that strip! Everything is right there!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with Pizza Hut. I placed a DELIVERY order for a reason — because I did not want to have to leave my house. The employee got my order wrong, and because of HIS mistake, I had to stop what I was doing, get my baby out of the house, load him up, and drive all the way to the store to get the pizza I was supposed to receive correctly in the first place. I was in Orlando visiting and I placed an order by delivery and they sent me the wrong order. I called the store and they said they were going to have a manager call me back. No manager called me back. Eventually I wound up getting a email from Francesca DeHoyos who said she was the general manager. So before I left Orlando I put in for the same order that they said I was going to get a credit for. I work around the area and ordered something for lunch from here the online ordering went smooth and my pizza was made quickly BUT what ruined the experience was the service sadly…. The date was 08/24/2026 and it was around 12:10 pm the girl that was on shift was rude..
