Zero stars. Our order was over 2 hours late and spent an hour on hold trying to talk to someone. We ended up driving to the restaurant. Nothing was done to make this right and still never received a refund. The staff said there was nothing they could do. The WORST.
If I could give a zero, I placed an order with them and never received my order, it’s been 2 months of calling to receive a refund and I can’t get a hold of ANYBODY!! They just let the phones ring
The worst place I ever went. The customer service is terrible
This place is the worst. They didn't bring half of our order. I called 3 times and kept being put on hold and they never would pick back up. I waited for 25 minutes. I guess I'm just screwed out of money!
Since I move my job to decatur, 3times I ordered pizza, 2 times failed, 1 time succeed but I had to wait looong time, and we cannot tracking the orders at all. The only way I tracking by the phone, but they never answer my question right, they always hold the phone forever. I was like blind, nothing else to do and let my money loose.
