Terrible customer service
Specialty pizza was pretty good, service is always nice
Man, I grew up on this pizza, but after what my family went through today at this place, we're never coming back. The food was burnt, and the customer service was just awful. I'm seriously embarrassed for this store... what a way to make an impression.
I recently ordered a Tavern pizza take out which should be square and crispy. I got the pizza , came home and checked that it was a thin crust round pizza. I called them about it and the person there kept on saying that a tavern pizza is supposed to be round and that I ordered a wrong one so it's all my fault not their. I was so confused and googled the tavern pizza to check if I made a mistake but it clearly states that tavern is a square cut pizza.
