July 10th I decided to go to pizza hut on Plymouth rd. in Livonia from my kids dinner ordered online for a super supreme pizza around 9:45pm.the kids went straight for it and was complaining instantly about how bad it taste and that it was pulling apart in chunks not slices when I grabbed a piece the bottom bread was so thin i thought it was the box it came in, virtually no cheese in the crust and it pull apart like rubber not 1 slice was cut..to be continued ..
Second time I’ve been here in 6 years…. Last time I’ll ever go. Both times the food quality was just awful, I got through one slice this time and the rest is in the trash. Sucks cause the power is out and I took a gamble… other than that it’s tiny pickup room always full and chaotic. No organization… I’d hate to see the condition of the prep area… avoid.
Won't let you cancel orders, foreign customer service, foreign order takers not even at the location when you call. Terrible.
