I've given this location 3 chances, each time they blew it. But they didn't just blow it. They blew it in the most epic fashion possible. On the first occasion, delivery (though ordered via the Pizza Hut app was done via a third party), was cold. On the second occasion, I ordered a taco pizza. When I went to pick it up they said they were out of lettuce so they replaced it with pepperoni. I assumed they meant the pizza. No, they used pepperoni in place of lettuce ... on a taco pizza. Took 55 minutes to get my pizza, and absolutely no instructions were followed about delivery and or payment. 1 n done
don’t bother ordering after the lobby closes. i had ordered carry-out and went through the drive-thru, the lady in there never came to the window even when she was near it, she never made eye contact and never gave us our order. i waited from 8:22-8:40ish and never once did she make any sort of acknowledgment to the window. luckily we had not paid yet.
