I have eaten here a couple of times and the employees are friendly and efficient. My food has been good and cooked as ordered. But yesterday I ordered a sandwich and when I opened the box the sandwich was surrounded by burnt cheese. It looked terrible! I can't believe they couldn't take 5 seconds to take that off. I have included a pic in the hopes that management will realize that presentation is also important.
Our delivery driver was very nice, liked her!
Ordered delivery through the Pizza Hut app. After ten minutes, the delivery was subcontracted out to DoorDash. Driver picked the food up, took a photo of my order, proceeded to park at a gas station and the driver cancelled my order. DoorDash stopped letting me see the driver location, but the Pizza Hut app continued to track the driver back to his house with my food! What a joke, then Pizza Hut tells me I have to wait 1-3 days to request a refund. Waited an hour just for this awful experience.
I ordered a large thin cup pepperoni pizza and I got a regular pepperoni pizza, tried calling them, waited online for 10 minutes and no one picked up. What terrible service!
