Pizza was good and staff were very helpful but the location is dirty and old. First time ordering here because we had a coupon but probably won't go back because of the condition of the store.

White older guy who’s always there no customer service at all he left me standing there for 15 minutes didn’t even acknowledge me like a hey I’ll be with you would have been great

Service very fast, but the delivery driver didn’t deliver the Dr Pepper that was ordered. When I tried to ask him about the Dr Pepper, he didn’t speak English. I called the store and the person I spoke with told me where the pop was supposed to be, but by the time the driver was gone. I got put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and was put on hold for 5 minutes. The third call, still nothing. Customer service not good. I've been to every pizza shop in the Nexton area in the last couple years, paid 29 dollars recently for a comparable sized pie at a "craft crust" pizza location...only to be far more impressed by a deep dish pizza from pizza hut that cost less than 12. My loyalty will remain with pizza hut. This location has friendly staff although it's not the prettiest store, I don't care. Best pizza in town! Bravo!
