Staff it was very helpful even with my ridiculous misunderstandings very patient staff. Very clean diner. 10/10.
Terrible service, restaurant is disgusting and tables aren’t cleaned until your waiting for a booth, server is very rude and very impolite, not the type to leave a negative review but when even asking for bill and boxes was told I had to wait 5-10 mins when it was me and 1 other couple in the restaurant.
Pizza hut isn't in every town anymore! So when you have a birthday request for it from an 18 year old you drive. We were traveling FROM ALBANY to BUFFALO and stopped here to grab some road pizza's and boy were we impressed! The staff was so very friendly! We used the bathroom as our only stop on the 4 hour tour, which could have used a lil updating but was stocked and ready to go! Once we started eating it was just like 1993 with crushed ice in a big red cup! Yum! Thanks pizza hut! Great memories and a great quick meal!
Wonderful luncheon at Pizza Hut!! Workers were scrambling to accommodate the many patrons ! Our food was perfectly prepared as requested! We look forward to returning soon !
