I remember working here back in 2000 but haven’t been in in years. Recently went to the pizza buffet. The food was fresh and the place looks like it’s had a little revamp. Glad to still see the buffet.
Need less to say, never again. The lady we spoke to on the phone was impatient and didn't even listen to the whole order, we called back and got it placed by "Abraham". What we got was just 3 burnt pieces of crap, hardly filled with toppings. The delivery person was also rude, before we could even speak, he was talking about how his tip was "just change" and didn't let us say anything about it being one of the bills in the pile with the order, just had to separate it from the rest. Rude and disrespectful management. Poor communication skills. Quality of food is hit and miss. I enjoy the rewards program.
Now how the heck capital get a 3.9 and W Michigan only have a 3.8! Unlike capital they have personal Pizzas here and they were delicious. Service was great! This is my local one anyway. I just been hanging out in the north east capital area. I won’t even bother or waste any time! I will just go to w Michigan because the lady that works there is spectacular!
