I don’t know if they dropped my pizza or just flat out didn’t care but my pizza was broken burnt and looked thrown together definitely not edible
Ordered pizza delivery one hour and a half before closing and NEVER RECEIVED IT! Called the store several times way before they closed and they never answered the phone. Worst Pizza Hut!!!!!!
I ordered online for carryout on the $2 Tuesday PPP. When I got there, several people were already waiting. I could tell they were swamped but they did a very good job of getting the orders out and keeping up. The manager was still very customer friendly although you could tell she was frustrated. There should probably be some extra help on days you do specials although I’m sure you don’t want to pay for the labor. Overall there was no chaos and everyone was able to get their order in a timely manner despite the surge.
