This is my first time eating at this Pizza Hut and the customer service was everything. I appreciate them letting me come and pick up my pizza even though it took me over and hour to get there. I’m in the area did not know that the pizza place would not deliver to us, unfortunately. I really hope they consider delivering to us at aspen bluffs as we are not the apartments that the pizza places have a problem with their problems never reach us and we are a quiet, safe and respectful community. Highest level of incompetence I’ve ever experienced. Ordered at 7pm and got food around 40 minutes later. I was missing my double order of breadsticks so I called the store and spoke with manager Allison. She offered to send them out or refund. We opted to have it remade and she said it would only take 30-35 minutes. An hour after I was told that I called back and Allison made every excuse possible (ran out, had to make more, waiting on DoorDash) but stated that my order had left the store prior to my 2nd call at 8:45pm.
