Had issues with customer service 3rd party and I went into the store and Dalton greeted me and explained to me the issue and took care of me thank you again Dalton

This store is an absolute cluster... Place to pick up order and when I went to go pick it up at the time scheduled, there was no one at the counter or greeting customers. All of the employees were in the back singing, and rapping songs with foul language. My order was for 7;46 p.m. and no one came to the counter until about 7:57 p.m. I wish I could take back my prepaid tip, shame on me for that one. We ordered a pizza and unfortunately, it did have a hair attached to it. Although this one is an issue Clayton, the store manager helped us even two days after because I was not able to get in contact. So nice and great customer service skills. He understood the severity of the situation and was very nice about it.
Do not order from this store. The food quality is atrocious and they'll never get it right. I honestly can’t tell you the last time I received a correct order from this store, and unfortunately if you order through the app you can’t choose which store it comes from. Customer service is abysmal. What everyone says about marking the order delivered and it arriving late is 100% true when they are busy. The store manager is a liar and rude.
