Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to! Do not waste your time getting pizza from here. 3x in a row we have gotten the worst pizza the last time it didn’t even have toppings on it.. I swear the people who work here don’t have eyes on their head. Don’t waste your time!
DO NOT EAT HERE!! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! They didn’t include any of the toppings I paid for on half my pizza and it was just burnt cheese… so I brought it back to the store. The manager Shawn refused to remake the pizza for me after I explained they made 1 half correct and the other half was burnt and if they just remade the other half it would be okay but they refused to make my order right. Only got half my order and they wont answer the freaking phone. And they would nt refund me any money back for the products I didn't get..she was a total tool...I will never order pizza hit again....
So apparently the “estimated pickup time” at Pizza Hut actually means “that’s when we’ll start thinking about making your pizza.” Placed an online order, showed up on time, and then got the privilege of sitting in the store for another 25 minutes while my pizza was being made from scratch like it was an ancient family recipe.
