I ordered a pizza at 11am for a 1:30pm pick up. When I arrived at 1:30pm the guy running the front of the store told me he canceled my order because it was over an hour old. I showed him my confirmation with the requested 1:30pm pick up. Instead of apologizing and making my pizza a priority he waited 10 minutes before telling the cook they needed to remake my order. This review is less about Pizza Hut and more for Vanessa the service lady. Great customer service, friendly, very fast with the food, and extremely accommodating. Very happy she took care of us and will most likely go back because of her.

Very bad service...took them one and a half hour to deliver and the quality was bad
