This location has some major problems. They took my money but never gave me any pizza. I see from the other reviews there are problems with theft.
I just had the worst experience of my life going into this Pizza Hut to pick up my order. The lady Carla is so loud and disrespectful.. All I did was ask her a question And she proceeds to get loud. they had me drive all the way across town saying my order would be ready in 30 minutes and then when I get there, they told me it’ll be an additional 30 minutes for me to wait. Even 1 star is too good of a rating for this place. Ordered 3 pizzas recently. 2 everything and 1 all meat. Hardly any topping could be found, and the ones that were on there were small and widely spaced. We must have had the Ingredient saving pizza. Asked if we could have pineapple on the side....the answer "we don't have any" came to no surprise. Last time we will order from this Pizza Hut or, for that matter...any Pizza Hut period. My advice...order from ANY other Pizza joint or enjoy a good Hamburger!!!
Very good location
I had a pizza delivered by DoorDash without a seal on the box. The dasher handed it to me like it had just been opened. I called the store and after explaining what happened I was hung up on. I called back and no answer
