If I could give a zero on food I would. Otder pizza with sausage and bell peppers.. came as sausage and jalapeños. The second pizza and the first was not cut. Cinnabon were hard and icing on half of them. I had to go to the location because they would not answer the phone. When we showed the person our pizza she said okay what is wrong... very upset. Asked for our money-back but could not do that she said. So we got a $60 credit. Who want to order again.. probably not me.

Like pizza hut pizza but this is the location that the app automatically orders from for delivery and last 2 times the pizza has been overcooked to the point a pizza cutter wouldn't cut it had to use a knife. have ordered from other locations with Uber and it was not like this pretty disappointing especially when I ordered 4 large stuffed crust pizzas the last 2 times and it was almost not edible.

Terrible Experience – Never Again Yesterday I ordered a pizza through the app, but it glitched and placed the order for carryout instead of delivery. I called the store immediately to cancel, but was hung up on repeatedly for 30 minutes straight. After work, I went in to try to pick up the order—and they tried to hand me a pizza that had been sitting there for FIVE HOURS. I asked if they could remake it, and the guy flat-out said no and offered a refund instead. Absolutely unacceptable service from start to finish. Do better... read more

Few months ago I prepaid on the app and drove to carry out. Stood at counter for 15 mins past my completion time when a worker finally came to counter. TODAY, I tried again but this time I did NOT Pre Pay and thank God I didn't because 8 people were jammed inside waiting. All names on monitor said READY and I stood outside in 100* heat for nothing!! After 10 mins nobody came to the counter so I drove to Grimaldi's!! Never again folks be warned!!
