Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed my order at 9:55 PM, and Pizza Hut estimated delivery by 10:20 PM. My order didn’t arrive until nearly 11:25 PM—over an hour later than promised. When the food finally showed up, it was cold, my drink was wrong, and I didn’t receive a receipt, which I needed for a business expense.
