The Pizza from here used to good. Ordered recently a veggie pizza. I was standing there for almost 20 minutes. I placed the order online. It took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me..they were both talking back there. It was not busy and no other names were on that board. I felt something was off and they delayed giving me the pizza. When I got home the pizza was thin crust. I ordered and paid for pan and the pizza looked disheveled. Placed online order. Food was transferred to another driver after 1 hour and no wings due to them being frozen. I paid $26 for a Monday $5 special. No money was refunded. Went to store got a refund for only the cost of wings. No apologies for my troubles. Pizza Hut do not want to talk to you unless you are spending money. You have to email them. I have emailed several time and still have not talked to anyone. Poor sevice. We order group meal for meetings, no more we will use someone else. Things happen but how you handle it ... read more

Placed an order and a half hour later it said canceled. Called the store and it routed me to the call center who just kept transferring me saying they couldn't help me and nobody would answer.. it just kept circling back to NO HELP FROM ANYONE

Not a very welcoming place . Staff not attentive and seem like they hate their lives & job . Pizza be cool tho, but definitely will be the last time I order from this particular Pizza Hut location . Do better guys !
