Ordered some food and inadvertently put the wrong delivery address. Tried to call MULTIPLE times to rectify it, with no response. The driver didn't call me, and even the following day, no response trying to call the store. Some lucky sod got free pizza, and I paid for it. It has been escalated through corporate, but I wouldn't mind my $33 back. I'll be using Marcos tomorrow instead for my employee appreciation lunch.

Order pizzas online with delivery time 520-530. Can not reach the stores as “they are not accepting calls” and spoke with the call center at least 5 times. Order says it’s delivered and has not, it is 640 and still no food for my 4 year old. Attempted to have a supervisor call me from the call center and they said it would 5-10 minutes. No call 40 minutes later. Still no food but sure did go through on my credit card. How can you accept orders and payment, and then not answer your phones if there is issues?
