The owner and employees of this business needs to take some pride in this building. It’s disgustingly dirty from the bathrooms to the walls.
Order a pizza to be delivered yesterday. Got text it was on the way, waited 2 hours no word. no call nothing. Just called and the guy hung up on me. This is by far one of the worst ran businesses I've ever seen. Pizza delivery was $28 for 1 pizza and they didn't even care to delivery or even let me know.
we got the pizza on time but it just wasnt good, not near enough time in the oven ,the peppers and the dough were raw and the cheese wasnt melted i think maybe they were ,busy it was apple festival, maybe they cut down the oven time to facilitate more customers, it was dissappointing
The service and food at this location is GARBAGE. They messed up our delivery order. I CALLED 4 TIMES and I get a guy from India on the phone. NO HELP. You cant even speak to anyone local. We drove to the store and instead of giving us the correct order, or refund they charge us for new pizzas. Even though we gave the wrong ones back to them.DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS THE WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!
Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza. Tracker was on preparing for over 45 mins which is insane. Pizza arrived and I could tell it wasn't the best of quality from when they prepared it and had it sit in their warmer for god knows how long. All of the items I paid for were not with the delivery. Paying over $50 and waiting almost 2 hrs really makes me want to call and dispute this charge and get my money back. So disappointed
