Waited over an hour and a half for a pizza. Tracker was on preparing for over 45 mins which is insane. Pizza arrived and I could tell it wasn't the best of quality from when they prepared it and had it sit in their warmer for god knows how long. All of the items I paid for were not with the delivery. Paying over $50 and waiting almost 2 hrs really makes me want to call and dispute this charge and get my money back. So disappointed
Very expensive! For basic pizzas it was $10 for the first and then $14 and up if I wanted to order another. Ordered online to pick up and was shocked, its pizza hut not gourmet dining
Trust the reviews and avoid this place! Ordered our drinks and nobody ever came to get our food order. We offered to pay for our drinks and left. Wayyyyy understaffed.
Restaurant was filthy. Only one working rest room - and it was filthy. The manager was on the only working bathroom before me, left urine in the toilet, and on the seat. Urine on the floors and it was littered with paper towels, had no soap - when I said something to the woman that (maybe) worked there (she looked like a 12 year old behind the counter), she simply said - they'll clean it tonight, so we left.
