As I'm writing this now they are supposed to be open. The app let me place an order so I went to pick it up. When I got there they were closed. Fantastic...

HORRIBLE experience! Ordered for carry out and went to pick up my order. Me and 7 other ppl waited for over an hour and not a single person came out to the counter to serve any of us. We watched as some jept loading our orders into the warmer and were staring at our pizzas for over and hour and no one ever came out. THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THIS IS INSANE!

i placed an order about an hour before closing and had my order canceled through door dash but not pizza hut itself and have not received a refund. i tried calling the store 20 minutes before close to ask what happened and they kept saying "we're closed" and hanging up or just flat out hanging up the phone without saying anything. i just want my money back
