The delivery person did not bring my entire order and couldn’t speak English for me to explain what happened. The store couldn’t find my house to redeliver the missing items. My request for a refund was denied. The place is staffed by incompetent people.

We decided to try Pizza Hut after getting coupons in the mail, even though we usually go with Papa Murphy’s. Big mistake. I ordered three large pizzas online at 4:59pm and was told they’d be ready in 18 minutes. I arrived at 5:15 and waited... and waited. Nearly two hours later, I finally left with two shriveled pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour and a third that was rushed and undercooked. I ordered an hour before closing, was showing online tracking as confirmed and prepping. Then with 10 minutes before closing I call and was told they canceled the order because they didn't have the materials to make it in stock. Then they tell me it will be 48 hrs before I get my money back. I'm attaching picture showing order was confirmed for delivery but was not ever delivered. I wanted a refund immediately but was not given that or the courtesy of a call.
