Walked in and was greeted with a happy greeting and smiles all around! Felt very welcome immediately. Can’t wait for my order
Our pizza was undercooked- the dough was raw! I called and spoke to an agent who said that the location doesn’t have a direct phone line but she would pass this info along and to expect a call within 15 minutes from the store manager regarding a refund. I never did receive a phone call or refund.
I just spent 17 minutes in the lobby and spoke to 0 employees the entire time. Another gentleman tried yelling to see if they were even making food as there no one doing anything. They completely disregarded him and me. Unfortunately I do have a limit and one “hey man I’m really sorry we are getting slammed. It will be a few minutes. Nope totally ignores after making eye contact and walking away. I totally understand being busy and frustrated.
