Terrible experience! Ordered online and it said it would be ready by 10am, checked the online status and it said ready. Went to pick it up and they weren't open, being patient I waited until 11am and still nobody at the location. Called to make sure my order was cancelled and they said it was but they don't have anyway to send me conformation. Unbelievable!

I tried to place and order and was told their system was down. I still got charged. When I tried to call to get this issue resolved, the women that answered the phone at the Lake Forest location was super unprofessional and had an attitude the entire time. She claimed to be the manager while asking someone named David in the background for help. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing at all. I can't believe the pizza I got delivered last night. This was suppose to be a meat lovers pizza. This place has gone down hill. No quality control. I need to see if even the animals ate it last night after it got chucked outside.
