Usually pizza hut is on point, but this location was clearly having an issue. Our food was late and burned, but we didn’t have the time to wait for the remake. After all, that IS why I ordered it in advance..... no refund for the burned food was offered. This location needs a little lesson in customer service.
If negative stars were an option, I would have gone super negative. For starters, we ordered a SINGLE PIZZA. We were told 30-40 minutes. No problem. (even though the pizza was going to cost $30) Then after waiting over an hour, Faith called us to tell us it would be another 45 minutes to which I replied, “ok” Nothing was even offered for the inconvenience. They stole my money, they will close hours early but you can still place and pay for orders online. Then you don't ever get refunded.
Terrible. Never received. Was charged $10 more after being called twice to see if I got my order (no) and then had to cancel because the doordasher (doordash even sucks) didn't even make it to the store before they closed. Therefore, not received. Still have not yet seen a refund. Terrible service.
