This location outsources their deliveries to doordash at base pay, swiping tips and failing to note when an order has been delivered, picked up, or canceled - ultimately wasting a dasher's time, annoying an employee, and the customer being harassed every 30 minutes by a Dasher. Mgmt is either not using the DD system or abusing it. Dash workers should decline their order requests and make Pizza Hut pay their own drivers. Obviously no communication nor resolution from DD and PH management.
Every time that I have visited this store I have always had a great experience. My order was always correct and food was always hot! Great customer service!
