The food was cold wings were not properly sauced n drinks were incorrect! I called to the store to let them know And to have my order replaced, but they told me. In order to have the order replace, they wouldn't need the food. I asked them. How am I supposed to get the food up to you guys? And it was delivered because I don't have a ride and he told me. It was ok the first few times, but today was pitiful service. The bearded fellow was had no help, and RAN OUT OF EVERYTHING. This turned into the worst Location I've ever been to. I thought I was lucky living across the street. It sucks now.
This was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. There was no cheese at all, which made it feel more like a sad flatbread than a pizza. The crust took up almost two-thirds of the entire pizza, and it was incredibly hard and bland—completely tasteless. Every bite was a struggle, and the overall experience was just awful. I will never, ever want to taste this again. Terrible.
The call center and website messed up my order twice, but that tavern pizza was actually so good it reminded me of New York bar pie I don’t think they all make em like this but it tastes fresh crispy and even covered it in fine oregano before cooking I was expecting mid pizza but it was delicious thanks yall
I am about to do something I very rarely do and that is give a harsh review. It’s been a while since I have ordered from Pizza Hut. The Pizza Hut experiences I remember from years ago were always very consistent experiences. Not the case with this Lafayette Louisiana franchise I, sadly, ended up placing my delivery order with.
