This location has great customer service and the food is always hot and fresh.
This pizza hut accepted and delivered an order that was billed to someone (me) 3-4 states away from their location with no double check on the order....since it was "supposedly" order in Louisiana and the person "supposedly " placing the order was in Kansas City..that situation should have alerted the manager to at least call and double check the authenticity of the order...disgusting lack of attention and oversight by the staff of this facility
Did not receive my drink and they did not do my order right pizza was not fully cooked I just don’t understand! $43 just for this & this is how they do us
Ordered pizza delivery got a call from delivery driver or manager from their personal number. Said the driver was looking for the address on S College. Told him Holiday Inn on Kaliste Saloon. He then told me oh we don't go past College. The store that delivers there burned down. My wife orders from there all the time. And they do deliver here and store has not burned down. If you don't want to take an order then turn down the order. Don't process someone's order then have to refund the total and the tip. Yall need to do bett... read more
