The worst customer service ever, the manager acted so disgusting we will never use this place ever again… no one in customer service should EVER speak to anyone the way I was spoke to ESPECIALLY a manager……
I ordered 64.00 worth of food from the app, clicking "pay in store." The pickup time was 6:20. At 6:15 I got a call asking if I was coming to pick it up. I said my daughter is on the way. At 6:20 my daughter called from Pizza Hut saying they told her 25 minutes. I tried to call the store to speak with a manager, and was told they deliberately waited to start my order until payment. Ordered 2 pizza on 8/4/26 and this is what one of them looked liked. Its absolutely diabolical that yall burnt that, cut it up, put it in a box, and still gave that to me.
