This is the worse Pizza Hut ever. I’ve waited over an hour for pizza, they’re just now canceling the order stating that they ran out of dough. It’s always something with this Pizza Hut, this is the main reason I stopped ordering and going here. The food is either not right, they’re under staffed, disorganized.
Working play a lot over the phone. Let me wait a hr & then told me they was out of a lot of items
Great food great service
Every time I try to use this location to feed my family there is always an issue. They run out of everything needed for daily sales and do not call the customer to make sure they know. I ordered a meal for my family last night that was missing three items and was told the refund could not be done until the next day…Today is the next day and no one is answering the phone and the operator line cant reach anyone either. 10/11/2025 was my baby boy 4th Birthday & I want to Thank Larry The Store Manager for an Awesome job preparing my party food. It was hot & delicious. Metropolitan Store location. Pizza Hut has always been The Best and still is.
