*Update* I was told a manager would call me by both corporate and the store. That phone call NEVER happened.* this Pizza Hut is well deserving of its low star rating. I would say this is a example of a perfect combination of incompetence from both the Enterprise to the franchise level. I've never seen more helpless people in my life. Customer service was actually appalling. Employees were too busy laughing and messing around to hear my name for my order, which I spelled out slowly and clearly. How I got a pizza for Denise and got hung up on is beyond me. Might as well be a little Caesars smh.
Ordered online to pick up my order arrived and they said they were closed. and would cancel the order and refund the money its been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten a refund.
