I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut customer since childhood, and one thing I’ve always appreciated is the consistency of the experience—especially simple touches like complimentary parmesan cheese with my order. Like ketchup with fries at McDonald’s, it’s a small but expected part of the meal. During a recent visit, I was surprised to learn that I would be charged for parmesan cheese. This was my second time ordering in the same day and I asked for extra sauce and the pizza was very dry!!!!!!
Horrible service they took more than 1 hour to deliver my order. I’m so disappointed with this customer service. They don’t deserve even 1 star
