I usually like eating at Pizza Hut, and the food is always good, which is why I keep coming back. But there’s one thing that keeps bothering me. Every time I go in, the music is really loud, and it’s usually heavy metal or hard rock. On my last visit, I politely asked if the music could be turned down a bit or changed to something more fitting for a restaurant. Ordered carry out yesterday and I think our pictures are worth alot more than an explanation of why we won’t be returning. We usually go to the Pizza Hut in Hondo but since we were in Uvalde thought we just go here. Like seriously over sauced wings and not sauced pizza??? I know thin and crispy but this pizza literally had no sauce. I have to double check and make sure I ordered the pizza with it and yes I did 😂😂

I ordered online and food showed up via door dash.....Door dash? When did Pizza Hut stop having delivery drivers. Was missing food and order was messed up and it wasn't hot! Dissatisfied all around. Just look at the pictures of the food. When I have gone in person, service is great and food was great.

Sam was absolutely horrible and rude. We walked in and they had the music blasting, we thought they would lower it when we arrived and sat down but of course they didn’t. She asked what we wanted to drink and what we chose she stated they didn’t have it and the machine was broken. We asked if we could have it in the bottle because a couple days prior we went in to eat and had a great experience.
