Ordered a pizza, bacon cheese sticks, and the cinnabon rolls. Pizza dough is beyond greasy and instead of the rolls they gave me greasy breadsticks with cinnamon dust on top and didn't say a word about it! Done with pizza hut 🍕

Poor service order a pizza got it it was wrong so called them they said keep it and they would make a new one on a nother day for us so I tryed calling to place that order and called 4 times 1st they put me on hold and hung up 2nd they put me on hold for 10 mins and hung up 3rd they picked up and hung up 4th they put me on hold another 5 mins when I asked to speak with manager

Simple order of 1 large pepperoni and Bacon pizzas and cheese sticks turned a whole fiasco and mind you it was not busy at all. I had to wait 40 min for 3 items. Giving this place a break so they can get it together. Went down hill quick since the beginning of the year

Ordered carryout yesterday, was given someone else's order after waiting 35 mins for a carry out order that said 12 mins it'd be ready, after taking food back which they took and gave to the right person (how u guna give someone food that another customer opened) the order I received was still wrong... so disappointing n also disgusting
