Took forever when I was told my pizza was ready wasn’t fully cooked and it was just the worst experience that I have personally had at a pizza establishment. Twin lakes really made me feel like a ghost. If I could get a refund I definitely would
I’ve been ordering from here for awhile I usually have no issues but I ordered a pizza and it had an actual bone in it. I called them sent in a photo of what was in my food and was told I’d be issued a refund. After 3 phone calls and two weeks of being told I was being refunded I still have not received it. The customer service is terrible. I never write bad reviews but how many times do I have to remind them to refund me nobody there seems to know what anybody else is doing. Pizza sauce had a disgusting aftertaste that made my family sick for half a day and had to be thrown away after only a couple bites. I've eaten here occasionally for the last few years but will never go back after this experience.
